Welcome to our Annual Bull & Female Sale!
We started ourRedAngus programback in 1996 after 13 years
in the Blonde d’ Aquitaine breed. Our foundation herd was
built around genetics from the Leachman Cattle Co program
in Montana, and the VonForell program in Wyoming, and
many of those remaining genetics will sell in this event, but
not after very positively impacting our herd and forming a
very solid base.
From that base we have added very key genetics from
the Bieber herd in South Dakota, and many top Canadian
outcross genetics, most coming from the Six Mile Red Angus
program in Saskatchewan.
Our goal is to become the premier Red Angus seedstock
provider in the region, so we are building our herd numbers
to bring you the best and most affordable genetics. Our first
annual sale was a big success for us and our customers, with
50 coming 2yr old bulls averaging an affordable $2,734, and
55 females sold for an average of $2,556.
Our 2012 sale features some of the first progeny sired by our
exciting young herdsires, Bieber H Hughes, and Six Mile Wild
West and Integrity. We are excited for you to evaluate them
and hopefully we can become a source in this
area for your Red Angus seedstock needs.

Dear Red Angus Enthusiasts,
It is my pleasure to be involved with the Jeffries family, and
helping them with their annual RedAngus production sale. I first
met Jerry back in the mid 90’s and right from the get go knew he
was a true ‘character’, a term my father used to describe some of
the ‘old timers’ that helped mold the seedstock industry in this
country. Jerry will be the first one to tell you, ‘he is in the cattle
business just for the hell of it’, but as I study this program today,
I feel he is truly in it for the long haul.
Again they have a tremendous set of coming 2yr old bulls that
I feel have been devolped perfectly! Many fall bull sales are
built around bulls that were too young to sell in the spring and/or
lower performing bulls that weren’t ready to sell in the spring.
That is where this offering is different. Every good bull raised at
Jeffries’ last spring is in this offering, and there is an abundance
of good ones! They are fit, slick, sound and ready to go to work…
you will not be disappointed!
Another great set of Red Angus females are being offered also,
including 22 premium bred heifers, many AI bred, and 10 of
Jeffries’ fanciest open heifer calves, selected right from the
top of his 2012 born crop, haulter broke and ready to go! As
an added attraction this year, we are also offering a potload of
usZhand picked commercial Red Angus bred heifers from the
famed Silver Spur Ranches in Wyoming and Colorado.
