The sellers are retaining a 50% semen interest in all in the sale. Buyer is
getting Full possession and 50% semen interest. The semen interest is only
being retained in case a bull is identified as a superior individual and the
breeder wants to go back and collect semen for our use or other breeders
use. In case we choose to collect semen we will work with the new owner
and schedule the collection around your schedule. We rarely exercise this
option, but with the DNA technology we may want to utilize genetics you are
buying in 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All cattle sell under the standard Terms and Conditions for each
respective breed association.
MAIL OR PHONE BIDS:
If you are unable to attend the sale, please contact any of the sale staff,
auctioneer or owners. They will handle your bids confidentially and as if
you were in attendance.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements made from the auction block sale day take
precedence over any printed material in this catalog.
INSURANCE:
Livestock Mortality Insurance will be available sale day.
VIEWING:
All cattle can be viewed prior to February 25, 2013 at each of the
owner’s residences. Please call to arrange a time.
TRUCKING:
Direct all concerns to the seller of the bulls for assistance in trucking. All
cattle have proper papers for interstate shipping.
LUNCH:
A complimentary lunch will be available sale day.
ULTRASOUND DATA:
All Ultrasound Data, Frame Scores and Scrotal Measurements will be
available sale day. We intend to post this list on our websites around
February 18, 2013.
