Explosive growth, breed leading maternal, plus a pedigree that is a
New Concept (outcross) to the presently popular bloodlines. He is
definitely one of the best sons of Blanda, a son of Sundance who is
regarded as a proven sire for functional, low maintenance offspring.
His dam is a proven donor female whose Summit Sire is a trait leader
for birth weight, growth, and scrotal--WR Duke 228/F. New Concept
was ahead of the game at both weaning and yearling with ratios of 116
while posting AWW of 753 lbs. and an AYW of 1430 lbs.! During one
of the hottest summers on record in Kansas he posted an impressive
ADG of 4.72. He ranks in the top 2 % of the breed for weaning, the top
3%
for yearling and M&G, the top 10% for scrotal and the top 20% for
milk. He is exceptional in his thickness of top and rear quarter which is
substantiated by his adjusted REA of 16.80 to ratio 109. He also recorded
a very respectable adjusted IMF of 4.53 to ratio 103. New Concept
has been a standout since birth and a favorite of all that have viewed

This lot’s sire, Csonka of Brinks 30R4, has established himself as a
proven and popular sire both domestically and internationally. His
daughters are becoming a favorite within the breed but Csonka is best
known for his ability to sire high growth males that dominate their
contemporary groups and has proven his ability to produce herd sire
caliber offspring. 99Y43 is a Testament to this great sire’s ability to
produce the outliers. Stout made with ample bone and thickness he has
the design to power up and put some ruggedness into his offspring. He
excels in the genetic profile to add maternal and IMF as he ranks in the
top 15% for Milk and 10% for IMF. His impressive AIMF of 5.29 to ratio

which has always been regarded for their ability to transmit exceptional

weaning weight. He went on to record an adjusted 365 of 1238 lbs. and
is ranked in the top 25% of the breed for that trait.
