Ultrablack Female Offering
Ultrablack cattle have been a positive step forward within
GENETRUST as we have listened to our customers and
have thus provided them with the germ plasm they are
interested in breeding into their respective programs
whether it be commercial or registered. First, for those
of you who are unfamiliar, let me define. An Ultrablack
is an animal of Brangus and Angus breeding. They are
the product of mating purebred Brangus with Angus and
provided they are both registered with their respective
associations the resulting offspring can be recorded
with the IBBA. This produces an Ultrablack that when
bred back to Brangus or to an Ultrablack will produce a
recordable Ultrablack with the IBBA. The bulls that result
from these matings have been in great demand at our bull
sales as they have consistently seen strong demand from
both the registered and commercial producer. Is there a
price difference? No, historically they will average at the
same price levels as our Brangus bulls. We have in the past
offered a few Ultrablack females in our sales. They have
been well received and have been a positive impact for
the customers who have purchased them. Those offered
in this sale represent the best genetics the Brangus and
Angus breed has to offer and are some of the most elite
Ultrablacks available anywhere. Buy with confidence that
they will be an asset to any purebred program.
