Double Barrel is the stout calf that was pictured in our early advertisements this fall and winter. He is an impres-
sive individual that we are having a hard time parting ways with. As my Grandpa John says, “he’s broader than
an axe handle and two bars of soap.” 202Z represents the type of animal we are striving to produce. He is dark
cherry red, with expansive rib shape, thickness and depth of body on a very moderate frame. To top it off, he
displays excellent carcass qualities as shown by his 4.25 IMF for a 126 ratio and a REA of 12.14 in. for a 103
ratio. His performance record is 76 lbs. for a 104 ratio, 627 lb. WW for 105 ratio and YW of 998 for a 98 ratio.
He is ideal for moderating frame and keeping mature cow size in check. We are retaining 1/2 semen interest.

A black/red carrier heifer bull with a nice pattern and shape that draws strong maternal qualities from the
bottom side of his pedigree. He traces back to Steadfast Boaz, and a black red carrier named, SCC B602 Baron,
that left us low birth weight daughters with perfect udders. He has an ideal growth curve as he started out at 70
lbs for a 96 BW ratio, weaned at 637 for 107 ratio and leveled out at 1047 lbs for a 103 ratio.

We love the combination of 9127 X Signature and hope to do a lot more of it in the future. This bull shows the
width of base, depth of body and easy fleshing ability that we have come to appreciate from 9127. He should
leave excellent females with desirable udder qualities. IMF ratio of 114 and REA ratio of 111.

bull that doesn’t sacrifice power and has excellent carcass qualities as highlighted by his 4.47 IMF (133 ratio),13.03”
REA (111 ratio). His dam is a moderate-framed, full-bodied young cow with length of side and strong udder and teat
qualities. She bred back early and has a thickset Troubadour bull calf at side. Retaining 1/2 semen interest.
