Livestock Mortality Insurance will be available
through Grassroots Genetics, Mark Smith.
GUARANTEE
All cattle sell under the standard guarantee of the
North American Limousin Foundation.
TRUCKING
Trucking will be available to central points. it will
not exceed $200/lot. Reliable, honest truckers
will be available. We will do everything possible to
get your cattle to you as efficiently and quickly as
possible.

PAYMENT
All cattle must be paid for immediately following
the conclusion of the sale. R & R Marketing
Company will now be accepting credit cards the
day of the sale.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of the sale are cash unless satisfactory cred-
it arrangements have been made prior to the sale.
A representative will be on hand sale day if your
wishes are to insure your purchases. Please note:
The sale manager is only an agent for the seller
and has no responsibility other than those
involved in conducting the sale. All persons who
attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither the
sale manager nor Englewood Farms assume liabil-
ity, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which
may occur.
SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASE
AGREEMENT
If you are unable to attend the sale and want to
speak with any of the sale staff please don’t hesi-
tate to call. They will provide you with a complete
satisfaction guarantee for the have purchased. If
within two weeks from the date of the sale you are
not satisfied with your purchased and how they
were described to you then the sellers will gladly
take the animal back.
