Welcome from Badlands Red Angus.
This has been another exciting year to be
in the cattle business. Good prices on our
feeder calves with higher weaning weights
on a very dry year. Our ultrasound on
our breeding cattle was less than one
percent late or open. The grass fattened
cattle were very heavy with early rail
condition for happy feeders. Our goal is
to produce performance without sacrific-
ing, calving ease, early maturing, and easy
fleshing in our breeding cattle. Having
soundness and longevity, less feed and
maintenance is very evident this year.
The bull calves have posted outstanding
gains, while being managed on a sensible,
low concentrated diet in a five acre pasture, for soundness and longevity. These bulls
will add as much performance as any breed and at the same time produce high quality
carcasses with productive, functional females. We are confident in the performance our
genetics and are proud to represent your calves to the feeding and seed stock industry.
Opportunity to express a genetic merit program is through survival and the Badlands of
North Dakota through Mother Nature represents merit to the highest. Calving ease, calf
vigor and mothering ability are pure cowboy logic and we hold our breeding program to
these ageless standards. We are proud to have breeding females from outstanding custom-
ers again this year. As always our bulls are backed by a first year breeding guarantee, with
repeat customers and volume discount bonuses. We also offer free bull delivery within
adjoining states and free feeding of bulls till April 1st. It is our pleasure to bring you this
outstanding set of bulls and females. We sincerely
appreciate your confidence in our program
and look forward to seeing you at the sale,
