Terms & Conditions:
Poss Angus assumes no
liability in case of an accident. All cattle will sell
under the terms and conditions recommended by
the American Angus Association.
Semen Evaluation:
All bulls selling have been
fertility tested and scrotal measured by a qualified
veterinarian and will be accompanied by proper
certificates.
Trucking Arrangements:
Bulls will be delivered free
within 400 miles, or bring your trailer on sale day and
deduct $30 per head.
Herd Health:
Bulls and heifers have been vaccinated
for P13, BVD, BRSV, Haemophilus, Vibrio, Lepto and
7-Way. Bulls and heifers have also been poured with
DectoMax for internal and external parasites. Heifers
have been PregGuard 9 and Bangs vaccinated.
Poss Angus Semen Interest:
Poss Angus will retain
1/3 semen interest in all bulls selling. Buyer has full
possession and salvage value of the bull.
Appreciation Lunch: Prior to sale at Ranch Cafe.
Phoned bids will be handled in a confidential
manner. If you are unable to attend the sale,
please contact Dan prior to March 27th so he can
assist you during the sale to make your purchase.

Guarantee:
Unconditional first breeding season
guarantee against death or injury to all bulls. Breeding
season is defined as the 90-day period following the
first turnout of the bulls. Replacements are available, or
if the buyer prefers, credit will be given in the following
year’s sale. Please notify us as soon as possible after
injury and prior to the sale of the injured bull.
A video of the bulls will be available on
DVAuction two weeks prior to the sale.
