Dear Angus Friends and Fellow Cattlemen,
It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to the Heart of the Ozarks Angus Association 102
nd
Consignment Production
Sale. In the last 52 years several things have remained the same at Heart of the Ozarks, but several things have progressed as well
and I think as you evaluate the cattle offered in this sale book you will find one of the most progressive offerings of cattle to be
sold anywhere in the country. There are donor quality females and bulls with credentials rivaling that of many AI sires.
This is the youngest set of females ever offered at a Heart of the Ozarks Sale; half of the bulls being sold qualify for the
Show-Me-Select and Missouri Angus Advantage +Plus heifer programs and without question you will not find a set of cattle at
a consignment sale anywhere in America with a better set of EPD’s. The consignors in this sale are very much in tune with the
industry’s demands to create cattle that calve easily, grow rapidly and produce a high quality carcass with tremendous end product
merit.
I hope you will study the cattle selling in this book and make a progressive decision to join us as we celebrate the 102
nd
Consignment of the Heart of the Ozarks Angus Association. I assure you that you will be impressed with the quality of the sale
offering and you will have an opportunity to select genetics that will add value to your breeding program. If I can answer any
questions or be of service to you in any way please do not hesitate to let me know.
Respectfully,
Josh Worthington, General Manager, Missouri Angus Association
