Sale Information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The terms of the sale are cash and settlement must be made immediately after the completion of the auction.
• The auctioneer will settle any disputes on bids and his decision will be final.
• Phone bids will be accepted and will be handled in strict confidence.
• Each animal becomes buyer’s risk after being sold by the auctioneer.
• All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders by the seller and sell fully guaranteed as outlined in the RAAA Code of Ethical
Sale Practices.
• A certificate of registry for each animal will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense.
• Everyone attending this sale does so at their own risk. The owners, sale barn, auctioneer, sale manager, clerks and other
helpers do not assume responsibility, legal or otherwise, for damages of any kind.
