Herd Health
All bulls consigned to QBVJT sale have
been fully vaccinated against respiratory and
reproductive diseases including IBR, BRSV,
BVD Types I & II, P13, 5-Way Lepto with hardjo-
bovis, Mycoplasma, Histophilus, Pastuerella/
Mannheimia, and 7-Way Clostridial diseases.
All bulls received the following vaccinations:
InForce 3 and UltaBac CD at birth, Bovishield
Gold 5, OneShot Ultra 7 and SolidBac pinkeye
vaccine at branding, Resvac4/Somubac and
OneShot Ultra 7 pre-weaning, booster dose of
Resvac 4/Somubac 3 weeks post weaning. On
1-1-17 they received Bovishield Gold 5 FP5
VL5HB, Vision 7 Somnus, and MpB Guard for
mycoplasma protection. The bulls were also
poured with Dectomax and received an oral
dose of Valbazen post weaning.
The herds that these bulls originated from have
undergone voluntary testing for Johne’s disease
and have tested all additions to the her for the
past 5 years, including new sires. There have
been no clinical cases of Johne’s or test positive
cattle for over 5 years.
Sale Terms
and
Conditions
All bulls are sold sound and guaranteed
breeders. We will replace any bulls that do
not pass our veterinarians tests with a suitable
replacement or credit on next year’s sale. Bulls
are kept free of charge on high roughage diet
until April 1st, 2017. After April 1st, 2017, We
will charge a per day feed cost. Bulls are the
buyer’s responsibility after sale. For bulls not
going home on sale day, we recommend putting
insurance on them. We are NOT responsible
for them after the sale has been made.
(INSURANCE) Understanding the investment
these bulls are, we are offering to pay half of
a years mortality insurance premium for each
bull.
EPD’s
in this catalog are up to date for all animals.
QBVJT Retains 1/3 semen interest.
