On behalf of the consignors and the Missouri Angus Association, I have the privilege to welcome you
once again to the 60th edition of the Missouri Angus Breeders’ Futurity Show and Sale. As we celebrate this
long running event of powerful Angus and great friendships the excitement couldn’t be greater.
This 60
th
edition makes 2017 truly set to be an exciting year! Once again what an outstanding event
this promises to be, and what an accomplishment by our Angus Breeders to raise the quality of cattle
represented in this sale. Without doubt this will be one of the best offerings to date for the Missouri Angus
Futurity with outstanding herd sire prospects, elite heifer calves, and a top notch offering of bred and open
cows that are sure to ignite any herd. The females speak for themselves each and every year at the Missouri
Angus Futurity and this year is no exception. The set of bulls assembled by some of the best breeders in the
state will stack up with any you will find across the country. The 2017 Missouri Angus Breeders’ Futurity
looks to be one of the best and I could go on for days about this sale offering in particular, but the best
opportunity for each buyer is to make your way to Columbia, Missouri February 25th-26th 2017 to view

MISSOURI ANGUS BREEDERS’ FUTURITY BULL GUARANTEE
The seller of every breeding age bull in the Futurity Sale guarantees them to be fertile at the time of sale. All bulls have undergone a breeding
soundness evaluation and are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first 90-day breeding season. This guarantee is in place for bulls sold during
the bull portion of the sale and does not encompass bull calves at the side of dams. The breeding season begins the first day the bull is exposed to
cows and the 90-day breeding season guarantee will not extend past June 30, 2017. Should a breeding injury occur to render the bull functionally
infertile during the first breeding season guarantee time period, then a refund minus the salvage value of the bull will be issued to the buyer by the
seller. If an injury should occur, the buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. This guarantee
is not a life insurance policy. There will not be a refund if the animal is killed or dies for any reason. This guarantee is in addition to the Sale Terms and
Conditions of the American Angus Association, which also apply.
