Guarantee: All cattle sell fully guaranteed in accordancewith the suggested
sale terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association (ASA)
adopted July 1977. Terms available upon request.
Terms: The terms of the sale are cash or good check, payable in US funds.
Settlement shall be made sale day. The possession of the cattle will not
pass until it is made.
Announcements: The auctioneer’s announcements from the auction block
ce over printed material in the catalog. Up-to-date
information will be provided sale day.
Bidding: All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or challenges re-
