Wow! What a
difference a year
makes. Last year all
of us in the southeast
United States were
experiencing a severe
drought. This year we
have an abundance
of rainfall providing for
lots of grazing. Also,
all indications are pointing toward a continued
growth in cattle numbers across the country for the
next several years. Meanwhile, the cattle market is
showing stability with a positive trend.
I cannot think of any time in history of the
cattle industry where superior genetics are more
important than they are today.
It is with these thoughts the entire Genetic
Connection Sale Group would like to extend
a personal invitation to you for this year’s sale
August 5
th
, 2017 in Cullman, Al. This year’s sale
offering includes Simmental, Sim-Angus and a
special feature this year we have a select group
of registered Angus Genetics. There will be donor
cows, embryo lots, open heifers, bred heifers and
young bred cows.
Please feel free to call any of the consignors
about their animals.
