General Sale Information
Fellow Cattlemen,
Welcome to the Jindra Angus 17th Annual Production Sale.
I would like to thank you for taking time to give our program
consideration. As another year has gone by, I am truly grateful
for you as our friends, customers and fellow cattlemen. It is
with your success in mind that we strive to create a great
product.
At Jindra Angus we have stayed the course and continue to
produce the same venue of high performance cattle. Our herd
is influenced by genetics from many great Angus programs, but
our gene pool grows most heartily from Scotch Cap genetics.
The commitment to these genetics is consistent over time, and
far more intricate than following fads or using popular sires.
The success of Jindra Megahit has shown through as a great
example of our commitment to these genetics.
New on the sale this year we will be featuring elite progeny by
Jindra Acclaim, S A V Resource, Quaker Hill Rampage, Tour
of Duty, Jindra Beckon, and Jindra Premium Blend 1623.
There will also be an embryo lot by Active Duty (Lot 39) from
the dam of Double Vision and a Ten X (Lot 46) from the dam
of 3rd Dimension. Along with these new highlights, you will
recognize many prominent sire groups from the past sales
including our most potent set of Guinness progeny to date and
some extremely high caliber Megahit progeny as well. The
Double Vision and 3rd Dimension progeny are powerful too,
and don’t miss this year’s great set of heifers!
If there are certain traits or characteristics you are after,
please let me know and I’d be glad to help discuss the cattle.
We feel they are the best we’ve raised to date, and are very
excited about these genetics!
Thanks on behalf of everyone at Jindra Angus!

and ultrasound were collected under different conditions so do not compare spring bull data directly with the fall bull data.
EPDs are current as of 2/8/16.
