INSPECTION OF CATTLE
Choat Cattle Company bulls can be viewed until Thursday, February
23, at the St. Edward,NE location, but please call ahead. After this
time, bulls will be moved to Burwell Livestock Market.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All cattle sell according to the suggested Terms and Conditions of the
American Red Angus Association.
RETAINED INTEREST
Choat Cattle Company will retain 1/2 semen interest in all bulls selling.
This retained interest gives Choat Cattle Company the option to col-
lect, use and market semen from the bull. Semen will be collected at
Choat Cattle Company’s expense and at the buyer’s convenience. The
buyer has full possession and salvage value of the bull.

HEALTH
All bulls are guaranteed breeders and healthy on sale day. They will
have passed a semen test and breeding soudness exam. Scrotal
measurements, hip height, and weight will be available sale day on a
supplement sheet and on the Allied/DVAuction web sites. Interstate
health papers and brand release papers will be provided.
TRUCKING
Free delivery in Nebraska and neighboring states. We will assist in
making the best possible trucking arrangements to other states. A
$100 per bull credit will be given for bulls taken home on sale day.
INSURANCE
Will be available sale day.
GENETIC DEFECTS
All bulls offered are either pedigree free or have been tested free of
any known genetic defect in the Red Angus breed. Buy with confi-
dence, 100% guaranteed.
COW DATA
Reflects current MPPA, dam age at 2015 calving, and hip height and
weight taken approximately 30 days after 2016 weaning date.
