Terms of Sale
All sales are cash on day of sale.
Buyer Discount
Haul your bulls home on sale day and receive a $100/head discount. We would be glad
to take the bulls home and feed them if you prefer. All bulls taken home are at the buyers
risk for injury or death and we strongly suggest that you purchase insurance on your
bulls. Insurance will be available sale day. We will provide free keep until April 1st at
which time we will begin charging $1.50/day. We will fertility test the bulls for you prior
to delivery for a reasonable cost and will deliver the bulls free within North Dakota and
nearby points in Minnesota and will work with everyone else to deliver bulls at the most
reasonable cost possible.
Conditions of Sale
All animals will be sold in accordance with the suggested guidelines of the American
Simmental Association and are available by request.
Announcements
Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed material.
Trucking
Trucking will be available and we will assist the buyer in making the most economical
trucking arrangements. Haul your bulls home sale day and receive a $100/hd discount.
Feeding arrrangements are available.
Risk
All animals are at the purchaser’s risk as soon as they are sold. Insurance will be available
sale day.
