All cattle sell under the standard terms their respective associations. Terms of the
sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior to
the sale. All settlements are to be made with the cashier immediately following
the sale.
LIABILITY…
All persons who attend the event do so at their own risk. None of the owners of
the cattle or the facilities or anyone associated with the planning or conducting
of this event assume liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident that may occur.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION…
A supplement sheet will be made available. All supplemental information and
comments made during the sale take precedence over this printed material.
HEALTH…
All cattle guaranteed exportable to Canada.
TRUCKING…
All efforts will be made to work with purchasers in trucking their purchases
throughout North America.
